Le 19 janvier dernier s\u2019est tenue, au coll\u00e8ge Jacques Pr\u00e9vert de Saint-Orens-de-Gameville, une soir\u00e9e astronomie. Les deux m\u00e9diateurs scientifiques de Plan\u00e8te Sciences Occitanie, bien aid\u00e9s par une \u00e9quipe de trois enseignants, ont pu partager leur passion pour les \u00e9toiles avec une cinquantaine de jeunes !<\/p>\n

La soir\u00e9e a d\u2019abord d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une carte du ciel puis par quelques explications g\u00e9n\u00e9rales donn\u00e9es avec l\u2019aide du logiciel Stellarium.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une pause repas bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e, l\u2019observation du ciel r\u00e9el a pu d\u00e9buter. Bien couvert, les jeunes ont pu commencer \u00e0 utiliser leur carte du ciel pour rep\u00e9rer les constellations comme la grande d\u2019ours ou Orion bien visible ce soir-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Au travers de deux t\u00e9lescopes et des jumelles qu\u2019ils avaient \u00e0 disposition, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont pu d\u00e9couvrir et s\u2019\u00e9merveiller en voyant le quartier de V\u00e9nus, la plan\u00e8te Mars, la grande n\u00e9buleuse d\u2019Orion, les Pl\u00e9iades ou encore la galaxie d\u2019Androm\u00e8de.\"\"<\/p>\n

Alors que V\u00e9nus et Mars passaient sous l\u2019horizon, certains se r\u00e9chauffaient en participant, \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, \u00e0 un Quizz Astro pendant que les plus motiv\u00e9s (ou les moins frileux) apprenaient \u00e0 manipuler les instruments d\u2019optique et \u00e0 pointer eux-m\u00eames les objets qu\u2019ils avaient choisi d\u2019observer. La soir\u00e9e s\u2019est doucement termin\u00e9e vers 23h alors que la constellation du grand chien, avec Sirius, \u00e9tait int\u00e9gralement visible au dessus de l\u2019horizon sud.<\/p>\n
