Pourtant, le num\u00e9rique et l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle (IA) sont aujourd\u2019hui au c\u0153ur de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et repr\u00e9sentent des fili\u00e8res d\u2019avenir \u00e0 fort potentiel d\u2019employabilit\u00e9. Pourquoi si peu de jeunes filles s\u2019y engagent ? Pour Plan\u00e8te Sciences Occitanie, qui \u0153uvre depuis 30 ans \u00e0 rendre les sciences attractives aupr\u00e8s de tous les jeunes, ce constat ne traduit pas un manque d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, mais plut\u00f4t un <b>horizon des possibles limit\u00e9 par les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et l\u2019autocensure.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est de ce constat qu\u2019est n\u00e9 <b>Matild-IA,<\/b> un nouvel atelier itin\u00e9rant de sensibilisation \u00e0 l\u2019IA, sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7u pour les jeunes filles d\u00e8s 13 ans. Certaines avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 des bases en programmation, tandis que d\u2019autres d\u00e9couvraient totalement l\u2019univers du num\u00e9rique, ce qui a permis de tester l\u2019atelier aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un public aux\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;\">niveaux tr\u00e8s impact sur leurs repr\u00e9sentations<\/b> : plusieurs jeunes filles ont exprim\u00e9 qu\u2019elles se sentaient d\u00e9sormais l\u00e9gitimes \u00e0 envisager des carri\u00e8res dans l\u2019IA ou le num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\">L\u2019atelier a permis une <b>prise de conscience collective<\/b> sur la possibilit\u00e9, en tant que femmes, de travailler dans ces m\u00e9tiers et d\u2019y avoir toute leur place.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\">Le format ludique et exp\u00e9rimental (robots IA, fabrication num\u00e9rique, d\u00e9fis collaboratifs) a \u00e9t\u00e9 pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 et jug\u00e9 motivant pour se projeter dans la fili\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\">Ce premier test confirme la <b>pertinence et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du dispositif Matild-IA<\/b> pour susciter des vocations, combattre les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et d\u00e9velopper une <b>culture num\u00e9rique
