I have some questions about your answers ;) and some questions of my own:

1. On the pictures in rules, the coins around totems are rotated by their little cubes further from the totems. Is the rotation of coins (position of a cube attached to a coin) at the beginning of match always the same, or the rotation is set randomly?

Yes

Which one? is the rotation the same or random?

The rotation is always the same

Is this an official change to the rules then? The rules say you can only steal elements from the hold if the cover has been raised up.

Yes: you do not have to open the cover to steal elements.

Two further questions of my own:
1: Is it allowed to deposit the black dummy coins in the opponent's ship?

Yes, it is not forbidden.

2: Does this mean that a secondary robot could be made that is simply there to 'guard' the ship and perform no other action?

No, this is unsporting (unfair) behavior. The secondary robot is not meant to be fully stationnary, it's meant to be a robot, so it has to perform at least some actions.

How much force (newtons aproximate) will be necessary to remove the piece of fabric?, because it depends on the kind of Velcro.

Is it know the kind of velcro?

No; because it will change between countries. It will be standard velcro; nothing fancy or special.
As a result, we cannot provide any metric related to the force required.

the velcro is going to be put on the corner (4 pieces of velcro of 18x18mm) of the piece of fabric?

It will be on the 4 corners.

Do you mean: "No - it is NOT necessary to discover the map"
or do you mean: "No - the points of the game don't count without discovered map (we get 0 Points for the match)"

This is a very important point. please give us a very clear answer for this point.

It is not necessary to discover the map. Discovering is the map is totally optional.
