Hello, it's been several days that we are trying to contact Aerflot to inform them that we will take a robot and brittle material with us.
These are the contacts that we found:
http://www.aeroflot.ru/cms/fr/about/queries
but we do not answer anyone has an idea how you can be on board with the robot and equipment in the cabin?

If you want to get all things in cabin - this is a problem.
This not only depends from the airlines (Aeroflot) but also from airport security service.
Some years ago we had troubles when we returned back from Frankfurt-am-Main caused by security control services there.

We need to contact the airport startup, the airline and the airport of arrival?

Hoping that the document will provide us Eurobot be accepted by the security services?

Yes - the main problem is security service of startup airport. If you use train - you don't need to contact Moscow airport of arrival as in case of transfer to Astrakhan flight.

I too have submitted a request to ask if the robot can would accepted as a checked luggage at Aeroflot, but for the internal Moscow-Astrakhan flight. No answer has been given yet.

On the other hand, for those who having chosen SwissAir for their flight to Moscow, they have confirmed us that the robot can be a checked luggage.

Hello

I phoned with the Aeroflot office in Austria and descriped them our situation and gived them our flight numbers. The office clerk told me, that she will inform the airports in Munich, Moscow and Astrakhan. We transport our robots in a flight case with the normal luggage. I hope that we don't have problems.

Michael

Hello Corrado

We don't bring our robots in the cabin, we check it in with the normal luggage. I asked the clerk, and she told me that this is OK. She only has to inform the airports in Moscow and Astrakhan that we will come with the flight case with the robots.

I hope this will help you.

See you in Astrakhan

Michael
