Activities at R3 workshop building

’R3’ is the key building of C’Space. Inside R3 you will find receptions desks, refreshment area, conference room, clubs workshop and project’s control stands. Clubs prepare their project.

- Presentation of your project

Before beginning the controls/checks, each club must make a public show to present his project : experiments, specificities, functionality demonstration. Take care to prepare in advance some Power-Point slides describing your project, or a video of your club/project.

After the flight, another show to present the first results can put a spotlight to your project. JPEG

- Controls/checks

Rockets must pass all the checks (stability, recovery system, sensors record and analysis) to get the flight pour get the flight authorization. Projects not fully qualified or qualified too late will unfortunately not be launched.

- Entertainments

A refreshment stand will allow you to refresh and inform about the latest news of C’Space …

You can also watch live via broadcast on screens the rockets launches.

Do not miss the daily "C’Space near you", the video program resuming the events of the day, and showing clubs and projects.

The volunteer team you also concocts a newspaper named "Space-Time" where you find the tips for the day, anecdotes and flight result.

The launches of rockets on the launch area

Rocket launches take place between Tuesday and Friday, under the responsibility of CNES and coordinated by a team of Planet-Science volunteers. JPEG

The mini-rockets (Carriacou) will be launched on Tuesday and Wednesday only, in parallel to experimental-rocket (fusex).

On the launch area, a speaker will explain you what is taking place. Between two launches, you can experience the joys of water rocket, micro-rockets and kites (7 to 77 years).
