Pour chacune, la voiture doit avoir de caract&eacute;ristiques tecniques sp&eacute;cifiques et le ch&acirc;ssis est le compromis entre toutes ces particularit&eacute;s. &nbsp; Le ch&acirc;ssis devrait &ecirc;tre simple et il peut &ecirc;tre construit par n&#039;importe qui.<\/p>\n<p>En particulier l&#039;idee du project consiste &agrave; faire deux axes m&eacute;talliques parall&egrave;les: aux extr&eacute;mit&eacute;s on va mettre les para-chocs.<\/p>\n<p>Un support m&eacute;tallique&nbsp; plat, mis sur les axes parall&egrave;les, sera le logement pour les components &eacute;lectriques (piles, moteur, r&eacute;cepteur&hellip;).<\/p>\n<p>Le panneau photovoltaique s&#039;appuiera sur deux supports&nbsp; en plastique<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sapendo che la competizione sar&agrave; costituita da tre gare, ognuna delle quali richiede una prestazione diversa al veicolo (accelerazione, durata, potenza), vorremmo progettare un telaio adatto.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre ci piacerebbe costruire un telaio non troppo complesso, in grado di essere realizzato da chiunque, usando strumentazione semplice, fornita dalla scuola.<\/p>\n<p>In particolare l&#039;idea progettuale consiste nel produrre due assi portanti metallici, sulle cui estremit&agrave; montiamo due paraurti (uno posteriore ed uno anteriore).<\/p>\n<p>Un supporto metallico piatto, posato al di sopra degli assi, costituir&agrave; l&#039;alloggio per i componenti elettrici (batteria, motore, ricevitore&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Il pannello fotovoltaico pogger&agrave; su due supporti plastici a loro volta bloccati sui due assi portanti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. D&eacute;roulement<\/strong> (Exp&eacute;riences, sortie, rencontres, recherches, etc.)<\/h3>\n<p>To get to the electric vehicle, we started by creating a prototype with recycled materials found at school.<br \/>\nThe prototype is a simple perforated metal sheet, obtained from a wall tool holder. A sheet made as well as being sufficiently resistant is also light. To avoid excessive bending of the sheet, we applied two thin strips of plexiglass to the longitudinal edges.<br \/>\nFrom a wheeled welding machine we have obtained the rear wheels (123mm diameter tires) and the front wheels, the front and rear transmission axle (aluminum, 16mm) and the SKF ball bearings.<br \/>\nWe exclusively bought the motor for electric traction and the servomotor for steering.<br \/>\nThe photovoltaic panel for the production of electricity was built at school by the students.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avant de r&eacute;alizer le v&eacute;hicule &eacute;lectrique final, nous avons cr&eacute;&eacute; un prototype avec mat&eacute;riaux r&eacute;cup&eacute;r&eacute;s au lyc&eacute;e.<\/p>\n<p>Le ch&acirc;ssi du prototype est un porte-outil &agrave; mur, en mat&eacute;riel m&eacute;tallique perfor&eacute;. Cette t&ocirc;le a l&#039;avantage&nbsp; d&#039;&ecirc;tre l&eacute;g&egrave;re et r&eacute;sistante aussi. Pour &eacute;viter la flexion de la&nbsp;t&ocirc;le, deux bandes en plexiglass ont &eacute;t&eacute; fix&eacute; le long des rives longitudinales.<\/p>\n<p>Les roues du prototype et les axes de trasmissions ont &eacute;t&eacute;s pris par une soudeuse mobile.<\/p>\n<p>On avons achet&eacute;&nbsp; seulement le moteur de traction electrique et le servomoteur pour la directionalit&eacute; de la voiture.<\/p>\n<p>Le panneau photovoltaique a et&eacute; enti&egrave;rement construict &agrave; l&#039;&eacute;cole par les &eacute;l&egrave;ves.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per giungere al veicolo elettrico, siamo partiti nel realizzare un prototipo con materiali di recupero trovati a scuola.<\/p>\n<p>Il prototipo &egrave; una semplice lamiera metallica forata, ricavata da un portattrezzi da muro. Una lamiera cos&igrave; fatta oltre ad essere sufficientemente resistente &egrave; anche leggera. Per evitare una eccessiva flessione della lamiera, abbiamo applicato sui bordi longitudinali due leggere strisce di plexiglass.<\/p>\n<p>Da una saldatrice carrellata abbiamo ricavato le ruote posteriori (gommate diametro 123mm) e quelle anteriori, l&#039;asse di trasmissione sia anteriore che posteriore (alluminio, 16mm) ed i cuscinetti a sfera SKF.<\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo comperato esclusivamente il motore per la trazione elettrica ed il servomotore per la sterzata.<\/p>\n<p>Il pannello fotovoltaico per la produzione dell&#039;energia elettrica &egrave; stato realizzato a scuola dagli studenti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;4.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Appr&eacute;ciation du groupe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Based on the abilities of each, we thought of setting up three groups of people to carry out the various tasks required by the competition.
